Guided tours is not liable for costs caused by factors outside of its control, such as flight delays, alterations, cancellations, injuries, weather, war, natural disasters, etc., and/or other unforeseen occurrences. You must provide us with the correct contact information and relevant details so we can notify you of any changes to the services booked.

1 – PRICES

Guided tours provide services for prices in Icelandic Krona (ISK). As a local operator, Guided tours cannot guarantee no additional fees from bank transfers, credit cards, and other sources beyond our control. The prices displayed on our website are up-to-date, and include Value-Added Tax (VAT). 

2 – PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICES
Pick-up and drop-off is always included in the price if you are located in the capital area.

3 – ICELANDIC WEATHER AND CONDITIONS

Iceland is a unique and ever-changing destination; its weather conditions can vary rapidly. Our guides have knowledge to adjust to these changes and prioritize your safety. Respect their authority to make decisions based on the changing conditions, particularly in winter. Remember, Iceland is and always will be Iceland.
Guided tours cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, accidents, injuries, illnesses, schedule alterations, or other occurrences due to inclement weather, strikes, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond their control.

4 – CANCELLATION OF DAY TOURS
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled tour departure is required to receive a full refund for any cancelled or amended bookings of day tours.

5 – TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend that you get a travel insurance policy from your home country prior to travelling, which covers costs in the event of a cancellation of your reservation with short notice.
